The purpose of this website is for you to be able to order fresh roasted Hatch chile in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Saturday, September 10th is the date will will have chile available in our Surprise location. 1/2 sack (just a tad less than a
bushel - about 18 pounds unroasted) is $24.00 including roasting. A whole sack (36 pounds) will be $40.00 roasted.
If you prefer to roast yourself, 1/2 sack will be $20.00 and a full sack, $35.00.
